Abstarct: ABSTRACT Increasing environmental concerns, attention to economic advantages, formulation of strict laws and customers' awareness of the social responsibilities of companies have caused businesses to try to produce environmentally friendly products and manage the return flow of their products after use. Direct and reverse flow management together will bring many advantages to stabilize supply chains. In this article, a closed loop supply chain performance evaluation model has been developed considering the dynamics of the system and the set of collection, disposal, recycling and re-production activities in the food industry. For this purpose, a comprehensive set of economic, environmental and social responsibility criteria has been considered by considering the mutual relationships in a dynamic decision-making environment by defining a set of scenarios. Finally, by using the TOPSIS and BWM multi-criteria decision-making method, the scenarios have been prioritized. The simulation results for a specific planning period indicate the efficiency of the proposed model.
